Our honeymoon have came to an end. We took the domestic flight to Sydney to transit for an international flight. The meals for this flight were not good. Luckily, we've taken ramen in the Sydney International Airport before we board on the flight! Why we still have time to take ramen?? Just because the flight to HK has been delayed for 45 mins!

After the long flight, we finally have back to Hong Kong. The weather in Hong Kong was not good. It was only 14 degree in HK. We have just came back from a warm area and is now countering the cold current in HK.

Anyway, we'll never forgot how wonderful this trip was!! We're now planning to go to Tasmania again in near future!!

This was the last full days of our trip in Brisbane. We designed to have a Hot-air Balloon trip in early morning. However, it was cancelled due to the bad weather.

We then decided to rent a full size 4 doors car at Avis to drive to Gold Coast.

Gold Coast was too commercial and have lots of tourists.  As this was not planned, we just try to have an ad hoc itinerary.  The first place we visit was the Outlet.  However, that was really a Outlet.  All the goods were overpriced. We then proceed to our next station - Surfers Paradise!  The coastal line was very very long for the Surfers Paradise but except this, nothing special.  The weather was not good and actually I think the beach in Tasmania was much beautiful and stunning than the Surfers Paradise.

As this was our last day of stay, we decided to have a seafood buffet no matter it was so expensive. We've the buffet at the Rez 252 Restaurant at Courtyard Marriott Gold Coast and it costed each of us AUD$39 without a drink.

Our honeymoom trip have came to an end and we all didn't want to back to HK.

We've joined a Dolphin Wild Cruise to see the dolphin on 20 Jan 2008. We've met a family who have migrated to Melbourne for a year. The family was having their holiday in Brisbane and Gold Coast.

The weather on that day was not good and it was raining suddenly. However, we do have lots of fun there.

During the tour, we can join freely the boom-netting, snorkeling, fish feeding, sand surfing / climbing, smimming...... The most interesting thing is the sand climbing. the slope of the sand dune was so deep and it was really hard to climb to the top. We almost spent 45mins to climb up to the top of the dune. Wow, the view was stunning! After some rest on the top, we run down quickly to the bottom of the dune. It takes less than 3 minutes to go down!! It was so excited and we never tried that before! This was the most interesting thing that I played in the Island.

We were so tired on the day!

On 19 Jan, we left Tasmania and have the domestic flight in early morning to Brisbane.  This should be our last stop in our honeymoon journey!  Oh, NO!

The weather in Brisbane was entirely different from Tasmania.  It's hot and wet!  We didn't like such kind of weather and thus, didn't have mood to plan for the journey here at the moment.

We've chosen to stay at the Medina Executive Apartment for 3 days.  After we've checked-in the room, we went outside to find something to eat.  The apartment was very close to China Town and so, we went to China Town and grab something.  We have chosen a restaurant where we could have Thai noodles.

After the meal, Lok & Shelly were so tired and they decided to back to the apartment.  However,  we didn't want to waste the time.  We haven't been to Brisbane before and thus we decide to have some city walk around the CBD in Brisbane.  The CBD area of Brisbane was not big and we almost have go through every places before 22:00.  As it was Saturday, the South Bank area was full of people.  It was so funny that there was an artificial beach in South Bank!  You can just walk down and feel the sands.  At that night, we just have grabbed a slide of pizza as our dinner.

On 18 Jan, the first thing we have done was to buy the oysters at the seafood factory. We've bought 3 doz (Each doz cost AUD$10) to be our breakfast! We drove to the seashore and have the oyster with the beautiful scene.

Afterward, we've went to the
Bridestowe Lavender Farm to have a visit. We've bought a lot of Lavender products there.

We've drove back to the downtown of Lanceston and stayed at the
Lido Apartment (Japanese Style Spa Suite No.2)  a night.

We were to thirsty about the seafood and we decided to have a seafood dinner in the apartment.

We've the
Pink Ling (deep fried), scallops, salmon and mussels (cooked in white wine cream sauce) for that night.
